Terms and Conditions Of Use

By booking with us you are formally agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page:-

1. Booking:-

a) Please make all bookings through our website and use the secure payment option to

make payments. Unless your booking has been paid for in advance unfortunately access to

our secure field is not granted

b) If you arrive late to your booking please note that the booking slot cannot be

extended past your allocated time

c) We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our own

discretion

d) Unfortunately bookings are non-transferable

e) We operate a non-refund policy on all bookings

2. Visiting Us:-

a) Please note that your booked time slot is not just for the time in the field but for also loading and unloading your dogs from the car. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your time slot is due to start.
b) It is your responsibility to ensure that the secure field is suitable for your dog and that the secure field gate is closed whilst using the field.

c) It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog does not escape the secure field
d) Please keep your dog on a lead at all times until you enter the secure field.
e) Please keep your dog on a lead at all times until the previous client has loaded their dogs back in their vehicle.
f) Children are welcome to visit the secure field but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not allow your children to climb on the fencing and gates in the secure field or use the equipment that is provided for your dog.
g) Please do not smoke on our property

h) Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time and please do not secure your dog to any fence or gate located in the secure field.
i) The agility equipment, sandpit, paddling pool & dog toys are for canine use only.
j) You are responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting the secure field.

k) Please keep your dog under control at all times whilst visiting the secure field.
l) Please ensure that all dogs visiting the field are up to date with their vaccinations and are regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention.
m) Please do not bring your dog if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours.

n) Please put litter in the bins provided

3. Dog Waste Disposal:-
a) We have located a black wheelie bin in the secure field for the disposal of your dog waste.

4. Parking Facilities:-

a) Please park your car in the parking bay in front of the entrance gate to the secure field
b) Our driveway from the public highway belongs to our property but our neighbour has a right of way to their property Drakelow Barns. Please be respectful to our neighbour when using the driveway

c) Please drive slowly up the driveway

6. Liability:-

a) We do not accept any responsibility for damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals or property whilst using the secure field.
b) Your vehicle is left on our property entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss, or damage incurred whilst using the secure field

7. Data Policy:-

a) All of your personal data is processed in line with GDPR regulations. We confirm that no information will be shared with any other parties.
